Enterprise design system
A design system for PwC's internal software, the tools that auditors, tax specialists, and consultants use every day. Over two dozen apps, built by different teams, brought under one set of components and patterns.
I lead design for complex, high-stakes systems — public health, enterprise, higher-ed — where speed, trust and precision matter more than trend.

An operations dashboard for a rural Oklahoma utility serving more than 20,000 meters. Real-time grid performance, outages, and forecasts, designed for a 6-screen video wall spanning 15.5 by 6 feet in the ops center and tablets in the field.
A unified, mobile-optimized experience for a global digital ministry. One design system across In Touch's website, online magazine, and a new web application. Component-based, mobile-first, built so editorial, IT, and design could work from the same toolkit without stepping on each other.
A digital experience that kept the old-country-store charm but actually worked on a phone. Built around wood grain, chalkboard surfaces, warm photography, and a content model that could serve personalized menus and store info across 600+ locations.
I'm a UX Designer and Product Design Lead with more than 20 years of experience connecting design, technology, and strategy. My work is about making complex things simple — translating the needs of users, engineers, and business leaders into practical, human-centered solutions that scale.
Good design creates clarity. It removes friction, highlights what matters, and builds systems that help people do their best work. For me, design is both empathetic and analytical — understanding human needs while balancing technical and organizational realities. I describe my approach as designing for clarity and impact at enterprise scale.
